PAYMENT INFORMATION
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and PAYPAL. 
 
Can I use multiple sources of payment?
You may only use (1) source of payment per transaction.
Having problems with my discount code, what do I do?
Discount codes MAY or MAY NOT be applied to every item in your cart. Terms are according to the current sale and current product in stock. All items may not be eligible.
SHIPPING + TRACKING
 
I do not live in the U.S., can I still place an order?
Yes, we ship internationally. If you have any problems when ordering, contact DavonCarey@gmail.com for assistance.
I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it is submitted.
 
I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through? 
On large/popular releases confirmation #s can be delayed, or may be in your spam folder. If you received a confirmation # at check out, no worries, your order has was processed. 
 
I didn't receive a tracking # via email, was my order sent?
Domestic customers should receive a tracking # within 2-3 business days of your purchase.
International customers should receive a tracking # within 3-4 business days of your purchase.
Digital tracking information is 100% provided by carrier. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact DavonCarey@gmail.com 
I ordered more than one item and didn't receive my whole order.
We ship some multiple product orders separately.
Ex: We will not ship (1) merch and (2) a custom canvas together for the protection of your product traveling to its new home. No worries, you'll receive tracking on your remaining goods as they ship.
I left some info out of the shipping address I submitted (apt, suite, zip, ect.), what should I do?
If you have yet to receive a tracking #, contact DavonCarey@gmail.com. It may be possible to have your shipping address updated before dispatch.
   
If you've already received your tracking #, your order was already dispatched. (1) You will have to wait for the package to returned to the warehouse, (2) then we will request additional shipping payment to have your order re-shipped with the correct address.

Unfortunately, because of the demand and exclusivity of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
We do not offer Web Store Credit.
